Bake pork loin for 1 hour and cool completely. Rub with brown sugar. Mix remaining ingredients together and marinade the meat in this for at least 8 hours or overnight, turning after several hours. Drain meat and lay on rack in shallow pan, add enough water to the pan to reach 1/2″ below the pork to prevent it drying out as it finishes cooking. Roast at 325 degrees for 30 mins.
