|Oriental BBQ Pork
1 1/2 lbs boneless pork loin 3 tbl brown sugar
1/2 tbl salt 1 tbl white wine
1/4 cup honey 1 tbl red food coloring
1/3 cup water 1/8 tsp allspice
1 tbl soy sauce Preheat oven to 325
Bake pork loin for 1 hour and cool completely. Rub with brown sugar. Mix remaining ingredients together and marinade the meat in this for at least 8 hours or overnight, turning after several hours. Drain meat and lay on rack in shallow pan, add enough water to the pan to reach 1/2″ below the pork to prevent it drying out as it finishes cooking. Roast at 325 degrees for 30 mins. Cool, slice 1/4″ thick and enjoy!
