The Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks Foundation’s Outfitter Partners in Conservation program provides an opportunity for licensed Montana guides and outfitters to contribute to the Mission and Visions of the Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks Foundation. Outfitters and guides participate in this program through cash donations or donated hunts, trips, and/or goods and services which are suitable for use by the Foundation for fund-raising.
Montana’s outfitting industry is an important part of Montana’s hunting and outdoor heritage, contributing significantly to the state’s economy, while playing a vital role in educating others about Montana and its wildlife and recreational heritage. Contributions to the Foundation through the Outfitter Partners in Conservation program exemplify the role Montana outfitters play in the stewardship of our wildlife and cultural resources and the preservation of hunting and fishing traditions in Montana.

“Dunrovin is the most ideal, picturesque Montana vacation ranch imaginable! The Bitterroot River is beautifully clear and clean, and runs right through the back yard.”
Katrina Flower, Madison, Wisconsin
A little slice of paradise 10 miles south of Missoula, Montana, in the friendly community of Lolo.
Surrounded by the wild environs of the Sapphire and Bitterroot Mountains and Lolo National Forest. The largest wilderness area in the lower 48 states, the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness, is within sight.
Nearly a mile of access to the clear, clean waters, perfect for floating, canoeing, and fishing. A blue-ribbon fishing river, flowing naturally with no dams. Cast your line in one of the many riffles in this section of the river.
Take a dip in our “Dunflowin” swimming hole, with its deep, spring-fed waters. The river beaches are perfect for evening barbeques.
The Bitterroot River corridor is a virtual highway for wildlife – deer, elk, bear, cougar, moose, fox, racoon, and coyote have all been spotted near Dunrovin. You’ll see birds of all kinds – look for the osprey nest above our riding arena.
The beautiful mountain views, river, and our lovely landscaping with evergreens, aspens, fruit trees, grape arbor, rose bushes, flowers gardens, and spacious lawns create the perfect place for those special out door events such as weddings, receptions, reunions, or parties.

Hidden Hollow Hideaway
Box 233, Townsend, MT 59644
406-266-3322
Hidden Hollow Hideaway hides along the western slope of an island chain of the Rocky Mountains in southwestern Montana, less than an hour from Helena. Since the 1860’s, our family has carved a living in the wild, open spaces of the West by raising cattle, sheep, hay, and grain. In 1965 we began offering adventure vacations for a limited number of guests. For a few guests, we still offer outdoor adventures – horseback riding, fishing, wildlife watching, hiking, historical tours, gold panning treks, ranch activities, cattle drives, photo safaris, and nature study – in the pristine setting of our ranch in the mountains of Montana.
“We had a super time at Hidden Hollow Hideaway and hope to return at some future time. What a variety of experiences! We enjoyed the thrilling rides (both horseback and in the truck), the beautiful Montana scenery, the lessons in agriculture, delicious food, and meeting your parents and family”
